The Fitven punching bag stands approximately 70'' tall and is designed for dynamic strikes targeting the entire body range, making it suitable for whole family workouts - adults, teens, and kids (47-73'' tall). It's an ideal tool for stress release and strength building.

Experience a cutting-edge shock-absorbing system with dual TPU absorbers & 4 springs, delivering fast-rebound angles of 15-45° and 360° shock and noise absorption. For intensified strength training, simply take out the springs for reduced vibration.

The 5MM thick ABS round base facilitates easy relocation, and the 12 strong suction cups help keep the heavy bag in place on smooth and even floors. When filled with sand, the base weighs up to 205lbs, ensuring maximum stability during your workouts.

Designed with a multi-layer construction, each layer has been carefully chosen: stainless steel tube stand, eco-friendly fabric buffer, high-density EPE foam, and 2mm Premium PU Leather. The tear-resistant, fast rebound, and enfolding fillet welding technology in the connection make long-term onslaught of kicks and punches possible.

Our high-quality 12oz gloves boast 7mm thick foam and a pre-curved anatomic hand design for optimal shock absorption. With these gloves, you can confidently engage in your boxing sessions with enhanced protection.

Please note that the base will be more stable if filled with sand than other fillings. The base and the boxing bag are shipped separately due to their large size, so if you only receive one parcel, please contact us.
